I have tried to set out the rules now, so that everyone can find what they are after more easily under the correct heading.

How to do the voting.
---------------

After every competition, there will be a poll for you to vote in. like any poll, you can only vote once. And only members of this club can vote. if you are not in the club but would like to join, please join (information is further down this journal).

Here is the important info on how to vote in the polls...
I understand that people did not do as i had previously requested in the voting system, and made NO comment under the polls. BUT from now on if you do not put a comment under the poll after making a vote, the numbers on the polls will be ignored You MUST make clear WHO you vote for, and WHY.

if you dont vote, you miss out, and the person you may want to have won the competition might just miss out, because you didnt vote. try to keep supporting your club by doing this simple thing. thank you.

General rules

DO NOT copy someone elses work, and then try to make it "better". That can be considered forgery, and FinalFantasyClub will not be held responsible for someone not using their own creativity and talent.

ALWAYS send a note to the club telling me that you have made a submission for a club. If you do not do this, I will not follow you up, and your submission will not be recognised. FinalFantasyClub will not be held responsible for someone not making things clear.
Also, when you submit, the topic of the note preferably should look like this: eg, Comp: Fave Fem. Comp: Fave Male. Comp: Dance. etc etc. if its not for a competition, just name the topic of the note "NonCompSub" (meaning non-competition submission)

Please do not submit the same submission for two different competitions in the club or another club..(this is because each work comes under the copywrited act in deviantarts paper work, and we will suffer the consequences. its not up to us to know if you have submitted to another club with the same submission. please be careful with that.) and NEVER submit somebody elses work for them. FinalFantasyClub will NOT take responsibility for those actions, and submitting someone elses work for any reason, will result in a suspension of membership for 1 month pending. This is NOT taken lightly.

If, and only if you suspect someone in the club is forging or stealing work from someone else, please provide the link to the original work. DO NOT abuse them. But rather, ENCOURAGE them to do the right thing. If I find any abusive talk on the FinalFantasyClub page.. I will suspend you for 1 month.

it is your responsibility to look at the links provided in each journal, so that you dont do things wrong. FinalFantasyClub takes no responsibility for those who do not read the rules and the system management. If you do not follow the directions, that is your loss!!

How to join and what to do
------------

ALWAYS send a NOTE to the club if you want to join. Do not expect FinalFantasyClub to chase you anymore. We are getting a large variety of members now, and I cannot afford to spend time chasing those who add us to their friends list, without asking for joining first.
comments on the main page will also be ignored. Only a note is how people can join.

Please make sure you have put FinalFantasyClub on your watch list.
